だからいつまでたっても復興しない東北をはじめ災害地なんかほったらかし。仕事ができない典型ですね。こんなのんびり言ってるもんでもないですよ今の事態。
組織にいて最も大切なものは「意味ある意思」なんですね。これがない年ごとの活性化はできない。積極的に仕事を開発していかない。
民間でも成功してる自業主は意味ある意思はをしっかりスタッフに植え付けて活躍させている。
SNSにしてもどんな仕事にしても、社会で生活しているすべてのことに対して人間は「認められたい」と思っている。
網エルは心が変われば態度が変わるといってるように、態度は表現であって心が意思となって態度に自然と必然と現れる。それが世の中に社会に対して認められる。「意味ある」ものであれば自分の満足でありやりがいとなるものである。自分も資生堂にいたころはこのやり方を徹底してやってきて大きな業績を残せた。これを知ってやってるのと知らずに今日のような行政の長があんなんでは国全体が動くわけもなく「いざ危機」となった時には全く動かない。
これが今の安倍政権の無知というか人間性の欠陥であり日本国民が悲劇であるわけですね。
ただ法律に違反しいてるとかということよりももっと上の「道」とか「徳」とかの統率とか率いることようは帝王学がないとリーダーは組織をぶっ潰すということ。
田中角栄は大臣なった時「上も下もない誰でも提案があったら言ってこい。大臣室のドアは開けておく。そして責任はすべて俺がとる」って言ったそうだ。
これがわかりやすい。組織を動かしてすべてのスタッフが働く環境つくりである。
