有馬記念
昨日は有馬記念だった。
このレースを聞くと年の暮れだと感じますね。
平成最初の年にまだ３０代だったころ、阪神のメインレースが今のクリスマスでなく阪神牝馬特別というＧⅢがあった。
これが中山では有馬記念、阪神では阪神牝馬特別でした。
このレースがルイジアナピットの最後のレースでした。
ルイジアナピットという馬はとても頭がよく、武さんがまだ２０代前半にまたがったときも馬が変わったように二連勝しました。
この平成最初の年は有馬では京都でマイルチャンピオンシップで一緒に走ったオグリキャップが武さんで優勝しました。
この阪神牝特もルイジアナピットが四コーナー大外に持ち出して最高方から直線一気にぶっちぎりの勝ちでした。
今でも赤の面子が記憶に残ります。
今年は平成最後名古屋のウイングへ出かけましたこんでいるどころでないこみ方
久しぶりに熱気を感じました。今までオーナー席でしか馬券を買ったことがないので、熱気と騒ぎには驚きました。
